شرح دوره آموزشی AIOps Foundation :

پلتفرمهای AIOps ابزارهایی هستند که از تکنولوژی های هوش مصتوعی و مدلهای یادگیری ماشین استفاده می کنند تا فعالیتهای حوزه IT رو بهینه و اتومات کنند.این ابزارها در مرحله اول نسبت به جمع آوری داده از منابع مختلف سازمان اقدام می کنند.در مرحله بعدی از ابزارهای AI/ML برای آنالیز داده ها و آینده پژوهی استفاده می کنند و در نهایت با تشخیص Anomaly ها و ارتباط بین رخدادهای مختلف می تواند به صورت اتوماتیک نسبت به رفع مشکلات اقدام کند.
