دوره +A

دوره A+ یکی از معتبرترین دوره‌های آموزشی برای متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات است که به عنوان مدرک پایه در این حوزه شناخته می‌شود. این دوره به موضوعات مختلفی در زمینه سخت‌افزار و نرم‌افزار کامپیوتر، شبکه، امنیت و عیب‌یابی می‌پردازد.

دوره +A دانش عمومی درباره سخت‌افزار است که فرد را تبدیل می‌کند به یک کارشناس سخت‌افزار كامپيوتر. یکی از دلایلی که باید این دوره را گذراند اینست که شركت‌های توليدكننده سخت افزار كامپيوتر، گذراندن آن را به کارمندهای خود و كسانی كه قصد دارند در زمينه‌هايی مثل مونتاژ كامپيوتر فعاليت كنند توصيه می‌نمايند. در حالی كه در اين دوره به هيچ محصولی از هیچ كارخانه خاصی اشاره نشده و صرفاً قطعات و قسمت‌های مختلف يك كامپيوتر از لحاظ فني مورد بررسی قرار می‌گيرند. علاوه بر اين به نحوه نصب سيستم عامل، تنظيم، پيكربندی سخت افزار در آن و آماده نمودن يك دستگاه كامپيوتر براي اتصال به شبكه از جمله مهارت‌هایی است كه يك فرد در این دوره کسب می‌کند.
